    How do you make a film bigger than 4 gigs
    fit on one dvd-r with menu and extras.I know
    how to make a ripped movie with 5.1 and subs on dvd,
    but i dont know how to add the menu and extra's.

    Just replace the origenal vob's and burn?

    Please help me.

    Use this tutorial. I used it for the first time last week and it works PERFECTLY

    You basically just re-encode the movie portion of it and then fit it back together with the original menus..

    It sounds complicated but if you take it one step at a time, it works great
