    Assuming you have .VOB files as hidden extensions then yes. You can delete the .LAY file as it's not needed and may screw things up. Double click on VTS_01_1.VOB to see if it plays through your software player - if it doesn't then rename video_TS, VTS_01_0, VTS_01_1 as .VOB files and try again. Also the Video*.* files should be UPPERCASE.
