Toshiba SD-220E Questions

I have a few questions about this dvd player i have just purchased:
1) In the options menu it shows stuff about screen savers but i carnt seam to get them on
2) Is it possible to add your owne backgrounds to the dvd player?
3) Finally what is all this stuff about memory i can get up on the contoller, it dont seam to do anything..

Any advice on the following points would be appriciated =) its my first dvd player and all so some of thise might be stupid questions
