  1. Does anyone know a multimedia player that will shut down the pc when its done playing a file, or has a timer to shut down the pc after a period of time?

  2. Only time I could see that would be needes is that you have a
    video cord going to your TV to play DIVX etc.

    And you are to laze to go back to the computer room and shut down
    the PC down when finish watching the movie.

    I'm right?

  3. Another shutdown program is "Simply ShutDown v1.0" freeware available on download.com

    Very basic, very simple Run, set shutdown date/time and type of shutdown, and it minimizes to the system tray.

    I find it useful when recording shows at night.

  4. If the player auto-exits after finished playing it's too easy. Like 2 lines of code... 1 to shell the player and wait, 1 to shutdown type of deal.
