Hi there,
Why are all the bitrate calculator configured for SVCD? I would like to convert, say a Divx into a VCD compatible MPEG-1 file but the recommended bitrates for SVCD yields a file that is too large to burn.
I guess I'm asking if there are bitrate calculators for VCD.
Thanks for any help.

The calculators are configured for SVCD and XVCD, because there is nothing to calculate for VCD.
VCD has a fixed bitrate, 1150 kbps/video and 224 kbps/audio. -
NO, DVTool works for any format!!!!!!!
DO YOU HAPPEN TO KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND THE NEW TMPGENC BETA
