I've got a DVD with 24fps TV eps on it. I want to make a SVCD to play on my stand alone, so I need to use IVTC to generate a 30fps video. Two questions:
1) How does my stand alone play the souce DVD if it's 24fps?
2) Any faster option then IVTC to make a SVCD from a 24fps source that doesn't skip?

Ok, I've just re-read what I wrote and it might be confusing. DVD2AVI say's I've got a 24fps NTSC interlaced source.
Telecine - 24fps -> 30fps (aka pulldown)
IVTC - 30fps -> 24fps
Sorry about that. So what I need to do is run '3:2 pulldown' on my encoded file and even thou it's 24fps my DVD player/TV will be happy.
Problem, pulldown (from the DVD2SVD software bundle) says that my TMPGenc file isn't a mpeg video file (which it is) w/ or w/o audio I get the same message. Any ideas?
