im using the ati all in 1 wonder... and was wanting to get some info on fixing up the picture... i want to record some cartoons that i got off ebay... but the guy who sent them to me recorded them on tapes in long play... 8 hours each... so the quality isnt the greatest... i even went to the trouble of getting a vcr that had auto tracking but they still need a lill more... is there any computer program or filter i can find that would help this???
