First time - SVCD

I succsessfully encoded ( not entire movie, but one piece-for test ) from AVI.file to MPEG2 ( I want create SVCD ). But when I try to burn it with NERO it´s says to me that is not the right format for SVCD. ( I tryed to watch a clip whit PowerDVD and it works, why can´t I burn it )

Please help me, this is my first time and sorry for my English.

If you want to encode a SVCD, burn and play on standalone, the encoding parameters must be strict and conform to SVCD.Look to your left for 'How To".If you want more details let me know.
