  1. Is there a way I can create a bin file from a mpg on my harddrive so I can burn it? The mpg is too big to fit on a cd, So I want to create a bin/cue.

  2. There are many programs to do this:

vcdeasy (vcdimager gui) is free and a good application.

Nero is a commercial product but very powerful & well regarded. Trial version available for free.

Both are listed in the Tools section of this site.
Panasonic DMR-ES45VS, keep those discs a burnin'

  4. No, it is not.

VCDImager is highly recommended for that.

For those of you who live in fear of the dreaded command line , I suggest that you either use VCDEasy as a GUI to VCDImager or get GNU VCDImager Tools GUI: http://www.michaeltam.com/vcdimager_tools_gui.html
