is it upside down on your PC or on your standalone?
do you have a DIVX g400 filter installed? ( comes with NIMO )
If yes then observe that filter a bit

  3. Its doing it in a program called instant video. i have the nimo codecs installed. Instant Video lets you drag n drop your avi into it and then it converts, but its shows the process and does it upside down. I read that if you dont have a g400 card dont use the codecs/settings?

    thanks

nimo installs a codec called divx g400
It'll be an icon in the down right side of your windows
Under this codecs properties the upside down "thing" can be corrected
