What software do I need to just capture one frame from a dvd to just use as wallpaper or something? Thanks!

Play the DVD using Power DVD. When the fram you want appears, pause the movie and press the little camera icon on the control panel. It will take a csreen shot and save it. The save location can be adjusted in PowerDVD's setup options.
I also believe WinDVD has similiar functionallity. -
You can also use a program called snagit if you do not have any of those programs. It allows you to take screen shots of what ever you want.
