Backup of R2 DVD "Stigmata"

I'm trying to back up the Region 2 disc "Stigmata" which when playing the original has English subtitles automatically set, but when using the DVD2DVDR for Dummies guide, the subs are ripped out as only the main movie files are included.

Can anyone please tell me how to easily incude the subs as well as the movie files, and does DVD Maestro allow them to be added in with the video, audio and chapters?

you need to use subrip to rip the subtitles from the original vobs, there's an option to output in DVDMaestro format and then you can import them into Maestro along with everything else
