I wrote this guide to help you to rip Dual layer;
The only tool you need is DvdDecrypter and Nero burning ROM (or any burning software); IFOEDIT is optional but required to for doing fancy additions.

Simple instructions, but I still have some questions:
Under step 2 (split the DVD), what do I do with the VIDEO.TS.VOB file? Does it go in disk 1, disk 2, both, neither?
Under step 2.g, do I NOT need to use IfoEdit to "correct VTS sectors" or any other options?
