    I have converted Divx to VCD before using TMPGenc but now i have a PAL Divx (25fps) that i would like to convert to NTSC VCD. How would i go about doing this.

    It is a must that the end result be the same length as the starting file and the audio sound the same, ie. not different pitches, faster, slower etc.
