    What does "region free with remote control" mean? Is there a "trick" to get the player to become region free, or do I have to press a certain button on the remote?

    Did you trying looking on the left for "DVD Hacks".

    There are some machines that you can make as region free or to change the region code using the remote control. It is a hidden trick or code.

    This depends on your make and model and not always available. Check out on the left or search the Internet for instructions.
