    I Have vob files split into the chapters of the films origanol chapters.
    they play straight of my hard drive, now i have unlead dvd workshop but it only detects mpeg or simular it does not reconise vob files.
    What software do i need to convert VOB to mpeg sound and all.
    so the guy punched me, and later i stole his parrot as way of revenge

    well you can use TMPGEnc and go to mpeg tools click on simple de-multiplex load your vob file, then go to multiplex load you m2v and ac3 files you just made. once finshed you will have a mpeg file. takes like 7 or 8 minutes for the whole process........

    yeah!! i made a vob into an mpeg2!!
    But......heh.
    MC sound files are no ware to be seen?
    does smartripper make them? or do i have to cut vob files or something to get the sound with my mpeg?
    if i know how to get sound threw this tecnique i think im on my way to burning
