Pioneer DV-353 vs. DV-250

Hi, does anybody know if there are any differences between these two players, besides the price (250 is about $30 less, but only sold at WalMart)? I've read that they're both the same, but does anyone know of any performance or build quality differences between the two? Does the DV-250 have the same coax/optical outs as the 353? How about the random mp3 playback, does the 250 have that as well? Thanks.

And....does anyone know where the 354 fits into this picture cause its about the same price as the 353 or cheaper seems better but I can't see any differences.
