    Can you tell me how to rip a vcd from a cd. The disc wont do a disc to disc copy so i want to rip the film and write it back that way. can u tell me how to do it.
    I have vcdgear but have no idea what the hell im doing.

    the movie itself is a . dat file on the disk. copy that to your hard drive. change the extension .dat to .mpg on the file burn with nero.
