    I have successfully imported my SVCD Film encoded file into DVD WS. I go to the author section and choose my chapter points. The images in the filmstrip do not match the exact chapter points I have selected, but I figure it's not a problem because when I preview my chapters, they start playing at the desired time.

    I burn to disc and have huge sync problems. Can I work with NTSC Film format in DVD WS, or do I have to do 3:2 pulldown in TMPENc during encoding to make 29.97 fps video first?

    Anybody have this problem also?

    I am pretty sure workshop only works properly with PAL (25FPS) and NTSC (29.97FPS), and not NTSCfilm.
