When I try to burn DVDs to DVD-r, all the discs done are very jerky. How do I stop this? I am using Smartripper and DVD2AVI, and TMPENG and ULead. Are there any better pieces of software to use.

sounds like exactly the problem I am having... so I can't help you. Just wanted to let you know you're not alone, if that helps at all
