  1. I have watched a VCD with a DVD player and it's fine. However, when I watch it on a CD in my laptop computer, it turns into an audio CD! I wonder what happens. How can I convert it back to a normal VCD?

The same thing somewhat happens to me when I try playing a VCD on my 4X CD-ROM. Not only is it listed as a Audio CD in My Computer, but, in Window Explorer is is even listed has having 3 CD Audio track. But the difference is that when the VCD is played on a faster CD-ROM (and is content is listed as a mpeg file) it freezes after a minute of playing and then display a "driry drive" warning.

It could be that slower CD-ROM's can't tell the difference between an audio CD and a MPEG file
