Whats the Best way to convert mpg to svcd? so that it will be a small file.
I wanna fit as much of the movie onto 1 700mb cdr.

Use the guides in the newbies section for conversion. You will decrease quality when you decrease the file size. You should try a sample first to see if you can live with the lesser quality, and try different video bitrates to see what you like.
