    Yo, people!

    I wanna make still picture intro information on beginning of my VCD. It will be just logo of Dolby ProLogic II to inform that this movie was encoded in that sound system. Then 5 sec pause, start movie, job done.
    Can anyone help me how to create (one frame) MPEG file from GIF/JPEG picture?

    In Nero, just drag that jpeg into the work area, and change the property of this item from wait for "infnite" to "5" "second".

    Then drag the reset of the mpeg after this items.

    Nero is doesn't author still menus (which is what you are making despite the fact you don't have "choices") correctly.

    If you want reliable correctly authored S/VCD, then use VCDEasy. It can do exactly what you want plus a whole lot more.

    Just did a handful of jpeg stills before 2 mpeg1 tracks in a VCD yesterday.
    I work on a Pioneer DV333. What did it failed on yours ?
