hi everyone..
i need help please..
i am trying to rip dvds to vcds but seem to be having a problem..
i have followed the vcd online guide to the letter,however it seems it does not either burn correctly or it might be the settings.
i am trying to burn vcds,so that my son can use the discs on a PHILIPS CDi PLAYER.
can anyone please help..

Look here to see if your player is compatible.

It is often help to detail what YOU did as opposed to "you followed the guide"... There are many guides and perhaps you made a mistake somewhere that isn't in the guide...
A CD-i player will definitely play a VCD if it was authored correctly...
Does you disc work on anything else (e.g., on your PC with a software DVD player?)
Does it work in a DVD player?
What did you use to author the VCD?
Did you include the CD-i application on your VCD (critical in your case)?
