hi folks ...
i have a big problem here on "pal country". I have a ntsc svcd that "flickers" on my tv. The mpeg2 file on it is 480x480 and has a framerate of 29.97fps. I think my tv cannot display that framerate. My dvd-player(pioneer535) can play ntsc vcd/svcd/dvd.
So how can i convert it to pal (480x576 25fps) without any quality loss? should i try it with tmpegenc? If yes can someone explain it a little bit ... must i demultiplex, audio-resync and stuff?
I have no avi, divx source of this ntsc-svcd ... only the mpeg2 files.
plz help !!
tnx
