Somebody please help

I have 4 mpeg files which i have downloaded from the net using kazaa each nearly 45 MB in size . I would like to convert them and then burn it using a cd writer so that i can play it on my CD/DVD player(not the cd rom on my PC). I had posted this problem 3 weks ago. Unfortunately i still have not succeeded in making the cd .
Would some one tell me the steps one by one in converting the 4 mpeg files??

You might want to read some of the HOW-TO guides on this site. In principle it depends on the nature and format of the files you've downloaded.

You have to be a bit more specific if you want somebody to be able to help you.
