    just got this....

    how do i find the firmware version its running?

    its a cendyne drive...

    Go to the pioneer site and look for utilities for the drive. Google can also point you in the right direction with

    pioneer dvr-104 firmware utility

    Nero comes with a nifty tool that gives you loads of info on CDRW and DVDRW drives.

    I also have a cendyne. InfoTool tells me it's a Pioneer DVR-104. Which of course, it is.
