I'm doing a project for school. I have to write a speech in favor or opposed to a current law.

I"m doing the DCMA. However no one in my class understands the speech.

THere are some requirements, perhaps someone could read it and i'll tell u the requirements and you let me know.

I need an A, this is MAJOR grade in English.

I did a quick read over it, havent had a time to do an in depth reading of it but as far as I can tell you have met all the criteria.

The one thing I recommend in future though is not to select a issue that deals with technology as the vast majority of your peers and teachers have simply no idea about it and therefore don't fully understand it and are more likely to mark lower.

Apart from that though I would say a well written speech.
