I am nearly there to making my first DVD2DVD-r but have 1 last problem...
I have used DVD2AvI then TMPGenc to encode the movie. Then I used IFOedit to author new DVD, All with no major problem but when I came to burn (nero 5.5.9.17) I got a message saying"DVD files relocation failed DVD may be unplayable" It gave me the option to continue so I thought Id use it as a test run. The video plated perfectly but there was no audio just a large fuzzy crackle. Has anybody any ideas for a fix or where Im going wrong?
Id really love to complete my first disc, so I can move on to using chapters etc...

when you author your dvd, close ifoedit and reopen, then load in the vts_01.xx.ifo file and do get vts sectors then nero should burn with no problems.

Ive took the advise and tried closing IFOedit and reopening it then get VTS sectors but the outcome was exactly the same!
Any other ideas for a frustrated newbie??? -
DvD2DvDr does all the ripping and encoding for you providing you have CCE 2.5 so all you have to do is auth in ifoedit and then get vts and burn it in nero using the DvD video option and it should work, i am using same nero and don't get these errors.
