  1. The only method I see is to move the little arrow in the "marker options" to an unexact position. My Intention is to set a marker for example to a frame. Is it possible in DVD SP to do that?

    Thanx for replies!!

When you double click on your video file and set new marker look on the top right for 00:00:00:00 or something like that. Change it to 00:00:00:01 to set the marker to the first frame.

to have an exact marker set in dsp you need to set it in fcp. in your fcp timeline go to the exact frame where you want the marker, set it, then when you export it make sure that box is checked for chapter export or dvd chapter export, then encode to mpeg2, import into dsp and you will have your marker. when you set the the marker in dsp your self you can only do it every 15 frames, so at the :00 or :15 only because of how the quicktime encoder works, it set the I or B frame (don't remember which) every 15 frames. but when you do it in fcp it forces the frame where ever the marker was.
