    I made my first successful vcd only to find that it wasn't such a success... the video changes speed throughout the movie which mess up the sound/video sync ei. lips move words come a minute later.

    How did you make it? With what programs? What settings?

    Sounds like your source MPEG may not be compliant or may be multiplexed incorrectly but that's a stab in the dark without more details.
