  4. SW A new hope, i have it at 352 x 576 at 3000 kbps and 384 audio kbps. I know if i put it on i cd it will be crap but its just until i get a dvd writer. The 6 original discs are going away. I am doing it at 224 x 176 128 audio kbps and 500 kbps. I just want to watch it in the corner of my screen not full screen. Do you get me?

hmmm-- how about spring for 5 more blank cd-r and copy all 6 ..

because upsampling later from 500 to dvd quality is useless...

    haha
you could encode it to the low bitrate and low reso like you said, or you could just use of KWAGs LBR templates.. They will fit up to 180min on a 80min CDR. quality will surely be better then 500kbps @ 224 x 176. And if your DVD player supports xVCDs you will prob even be able to watch it on your TV

  8. I can vouch for the LBR templates. A marvel of technology they are (Yoda voice: mmmmm! have them I must!). I can fit 2 hours per VCD (full screen video, not letterboxed) and to be really honest, it looks as good as VHS on my 27" TV.

Also, in an unrelated topic, A New Hope owns Episdoe 1 *and* 2. What garbage!
