Help with Nero MPEG2/DVD

Ahead Software just released its new version MPEG2/DVD software ($24.00) which is to be used with Nero Vision Express. However, I am unable to get it to burn, but instead reverts back to desktop screen. The only other DVD software I have installed are HP RecordNow and HP DLA, but even when I uninstall these, Nero still won';t burn. Nero Support doesn't seem to have a clue. Anyone else having a problem. I have used previously MPEG/SVCD with no problems.

hi mate i too purchased the nerovision all i get when trying to burn is run time error every time it starts to transcode the movie if i try and load a mpeg to burn it crashes so i tried to load an avi file this is when it transcode but fails have you been in contact with ahead software and what did they say mate.

Thanks for that posting. Nero support is located in Glendale Ca. I thought I would mention that as I live in the area. However, right now, they tell me because the MPEG2/DVD version just came out, they have not rec'd an update of bugs from dear old Deutschland. You might want to direct your e-mails to TechSupport5@nero.com - or mwoods@nero.com.
