every time i try to play cdrs on my jvc vcd player it starts skiping but when i play the disc pn my comp it works fine i read the manual it says this player does not supports cd-is is there any hacks for this so i can play cdi movies by the way my player is a jvc xl-sv22

Your player can't read CD-Rs probably because the drive wasn't designed to do so. This is a physical thing. No hack in the world is going to solve it (short of changing the drive of course).
However, you will often be able to find media that does work in these drives. If you experiment with different brands of CD-R media, you may find one that works well in your player. CD-RW often works better in these situations.
