I am a Systems Engineer with 30 years of experience. Communication, willingness to share information and knowledge as well as thoughtful interaction is key to any successful TEAM.

The above are three key attributes for success. This site exemplifies all three

3 weeks ago I knew nothing about Capture, encoding or Burning anything but DATA. Now I can do all three and not only that but the time and effort everyone here puts into their responses (always constuctive regardless of how dumb the question or statement is) I am actually starting to understand how this all works and what the features available actually do not just how to use them.

What a TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
