    Ok I'm currently having a video capture card to capture some videos and to play consoles games. But I have some problems with the card: the picture if often shaky, there's noise, but mainly there are fucked up lines on bright colors. Can I rule out these problems with my ATI TV-WONDER VE? If not what card should I buy below 70$? I've seen card like Msi TV@nywhere and Leadtek Winfast TV 2000XP which are really cheap, could they be free of my problems?

    There are some awesome deals on EBAY for AIW... you can pick up an AIW 128 for under $40... decent card... and plays most new games... but not all... I just tried Americas Army and the card is too under powered for that... but Wolfenstein was ok... otherwise look for an AIW 7500... may be more than $75... but worth it..
