i dl som Interprise episodes and there are in 16:9 but dont have the black borders above and below. If i covert them to vcd and set 16:9 format in TMPGEnc it wont do it. It just stretch the picture on tv and watching the episode with egg head people is kinde funny but not what i whant, so annyone now how to get the black borders back on so i can watch it normal.
