Not sure what to do ........

Now im in the uk and i normally only encode R2 discs to svcd,easy enough.
But i do have a couple of R1 dvds as there not released over here yet.
But in smart ripper it says that Resident Evil is 29 fps but it does'nt say ntsc under the video type, it says FILM 98 %.

Now what should i do here ??

Ive read that u have to force film and use a 3.2 pulldown,but the thing is my dvd player dont wanna play films encoded to 23 fps.

What if i was to un-tick force film leaving it at 29 fps and encoding it just as 29 fos,just forgeting about force film and pull down.


Oh the movie is progressive,if that makes any difference.
