Im a newbie on this site but have already burned a few XVCD that looks very good. But am having trouble with scooby doo.
I ripped scooby with smartripper and DVD decrypter then encoded it with DVDX, I always have good luck with these progs, then I played my mpg file the picture is very clear no problems their but the sound is wrong I can hear some guy interviewed talking about the moving when the movie is playing.
Looks like the wrong audio file was used when I encoded, How do I find the right file to encode I have no idea, Which is the right audio file for the movie, I know you guys know Please help.

It is typically the first audio stream, but not always. Open the IFO's in IFOEdit. You can quicly differentiate the correct audio streams from the commentary. The movie audio is usually in 5.1, while commentary gets 2 channel sound. It will usually contain the language tag as well, making it easy to spot the audio you need if your DVD has multiple 5.1 languages.
If you don't want to use IFOEdit then just select the next audio stream in line with your ripper software, or rip all of them, and figure it out later on in the process.Impossible to see the future is. The Dark Side clouds everything... -
I used the 6 channel English (0x80) when I encoded it into DivX. The 2 channel English is the cast commentary. It encoded fine using DVDx 2.0
