  1. Hello,

I have Ulead Studio and am just getting started on putting my videos onto CDs.

I saw this tutorial on Ulead's site that talks about using the Ulead DVD plug-in to create DVDs. One of the first things it talks about are the two formats mentioned in the subject.

They don't really explain what they are and why one would choose one over the other.

    Can anyone enlighten me please?

    Thanks!

  3. try looking here:
    http://www.vcdhelp.com/dvd

It all deoends on where you live NTSC is used in the USA and, I think, Japan. PAL is the european standard but most modern European TV's and all DVD players will handle NTSC.
