  1. I'm backing up my spiderman movie and using ifoedit .94 to split it to two folders. I read the guide and everything seems ok. Disc1 folder plays fine in windvd. Disc2 starts to play just fine and when I press the menu to play the movie it repeats itself like it's in a loop, it dosn't start the movie like it did in disk1. I've played the vob files in disk2 and they are starting were disk1 stoped so it split the files ok. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Am i missing a step?

    Thanks

  2. Are you trying to play the movie from ifoedit, if you are then this does happen but the movie will burn fine, well mine do !!. However i make the second disc start from the movie break not the menu again by editing the video ifo file and telling the movie to jump to title track 1, assuming 1 is the main movie. Hope this helps.

  3. I'm running windows Xp and the play dvd in ifoedit .94 doesn't work. So I'm playing the folder from windvd4. I'll check it out tonight and see if I can make it skip the menu on disk2. Will this still play in a standalone player. Thanks for your help.

  4. I think i understand your reply, i want to make sure you understand that if it dont work in ifoedit then DO NOT burn it. Making the 2nd disc jump straight to the movie works fine for me. I use win XP as well and i suggest that you make ifoedit run in Win2000 comp mode as it doesnt like XP too much. Something else to watch out for is that you use the Get VTS button as the last thing you do on both discs, if you dont it wont work. Also after anything you do in ifoedit exit the program and reopen it again to do the next task.

  6. When you do a "get vts sectors" I start with loading VIDEOTS.IFO then .94 does all the IFO's and resaves them automatically for you. DO NOT resave them again! Also, I am using XP SP1 and IFOEDIT with no probs whatsoever as long as I close and reopen after each task. To understand better how to make edits to your IFO's go look at the guides on the IFOEDIT site. We could go on forever talking you through each step. You must do a "get vts sectors" before you burn it. Try burning to a DVDRW first to test it. Have fun!
