    I have stereo audio file, but. . . it sounds flat (no bass) .
    Is there any software out there that can add some LFE to the audio track?
    (Freeware is prefered)

    You may want to Gold Wave. It has such functions as equalizer, etc. It is a demo version, but the only restriction is it only allows 150 commands (try to max that out in one sitting ;-D) per session before reloading. See the Tools section at left.
