    I recently spotted this site that wished to make all my hopes and dreams come true for a small fee.

    Is this software a scam or does it actually work?
    Does anyone know by experience or can point me in the right direction?
    A link perhaps?

    It is a scam they are selling software to rip and burn DVD's as VCD's, all of which is available on this site for FREE. (see the tools section of this site)
