Greets
I know this is a simple one for the experienced among you. But I would really appreciate a reply.
The standard VCD bitrate of 1150 does it include or exclude the audio bitrate. Thus if you had an audio bitrate of 128 does that mean the video bitrate is in fact 1150-128 = 1022 or is it over and above it ie is the total audio and video bitrate 1150+128 = 1278
Many thanks
Alan

the standard video bitrate is 1150kbps, and standard audio is 224kbps, meaning a VCDbitrate altogether is 1374kbps. sorted.

1150 kbit/sec is VIDEO ONLY.
224 kbit/sec is the standard bitrate for audio.
Thus, total bitrate = 1150 + 224 = 1374 kbit/sec
