hi my problem with monsters inc is i want to keep all menu s and fit it to one dvdr ive re-encoded it so the movie is smaller ive used dvd maestro to convert back ive added the chapter points ive used ifo update to correct vts pointers ect but when i put the filkes into ifo eddit to check it plays the first screen with the languges on and thats it ive tryed burnung it to dvdr but wont play in a stand allone player please help as i am stuck of where im going wrong thanks

Monsters Inc. has both the widescreen and the full screen versions on the same disk. Pick which one you want to keep. No need to encode. Check out Derrow's IFOedit guides (you can find links on this site).

hi again thanks for such a quick reply ive checked the sites but dont seem to grasp how you determine which is full screen and which is widescreen please help

decrypt the vobs to the drive use ifo edit to stripout the unwanted subs & language, create new ifo's get vts sectors & then burn with nero/vob software. All U will have missing is the menu as this is what I had to do.

Hello I am trying to encode monsters inc. When i get to about 90% done in TMPGEnc I get a stream write error. Any suggestions. I ripped the vob's with dvd decrypter and then I used DVD2AVI to demux now i get this error in TMPGEnc. Suggestions???

Hey I used the posts to make a copy now it works on my x-box. I burned with Disk Juggler to DVD+RW but it won't write to DVD+R. I tried using Nero, Instand DVD, and Gear Pro and the dvd won't play on my x-box. and I can't figure out what it its. Any reason this isn't working.

try prassi primo dvd to burn the movie........all my movies burned with prassi primo dvd work in my xbox (i was using dvd-r) but when i used nero they didnt work
