I have just got in my permanent subs in Blade 2 with submux .But both virtualdub and TMPGEnc complains ..... When i cut away the audio all is fine .So in virtualdub's "fileinfo" it says "stereo 5 channels" ?? Is this the problem?? ..and if so how do i get it down to 2 channels when the original is in 5 ? Just want to make a SVCD with subs...Havent tried dvd2svcd but when it brings up TMPGEnc it probably crashes up. Anyhow when i play the avi in a software dvd with Nimocodecs everything is fine subs audio etc.... Help !!!!!![]()

Could this fix my problem ??
"Simple, Save the audio out using virtualdub, but use direct stream copy rather than full processing mode. rename the resulting file to file.ac3 rather than .wav. Convert this to stereo wav using Headac3he.
NOTE: if Headc3he has problems, try running the ac3 file through ac3fix, use google to find it. BeSweet may also be able to do this."
