    I burned an mpg file to vcd with nero......somehow, the movie only shows up viewing on the top right quarter of my TV screen......I guess it's a bad conversion from AVI to VCD......anyhow, If I just reencode it with TMPGENC selecting the "full screen keep aspect ratio" will that solve the problem???????
