  1. How do I create a DVD with the similar restrictions when it comes to navigation as a "real" on? does anyone know??

    I am using Scenarist to auther the DVD, by the way.

    Not sure about Scenarist, I know you can do this in DVD Maestro. I don't think it's available in lesser programs (DVD WS, DVDIt)

  3. OK, Nolonemo....but how do I do it in lets say Maestro then....since it must be inside the specifications set by DVD-Forum I guess it must be similar when doing it in Scenartist...or?

    Actually, I may have misunderstood your question, if so, sorry In maestro I understand you can activate functions such as menu lock-out during play (like when you try to go to the menu during the FBI warning on commercial disks) by right clicking on the assets (movies,menus) in your project. Disclaimer: I am taking this from a Maestro guide, not actual experience. Of course for each button you can specify the button you move to using the up down right left home buttons on the remote. That's an option at the bottom of each menu layout screen.

  5. Ok...Locking the navigation when a intro is played was exactly what I was looking for...but since Scenarist is quite comlex and the manual leaves much out, I'll guess I have to try on my own....thanx anyway
