Hi All,
Using DVDMaestro, and have 2 files.
- Audio at 24 Bit
- M2V at 8,000 CBR
I know that the above settings take me over the allowable 10.08 DVD standard for bit rate.
However, I reduced the M2V file down to 6,000 and still went over
I used the BitRate Viewer tool and found that In certain places my M2V shot up to a Bit rate of 9,000
How can I be sure that when I encode that I never go over a MAXIMUM bitrate ?
BTW: I am using TMPGENC to Encode with
Many thanks in advance.
Cheers
Andy
