I am using TMPGnc to convert MPEG 2 to VCD. I set it to Center (keep aspect ratio) After when I view it on my PC it is in the center and looks fine. When I play it on my DVD player it is taking the full screen. IS this my DVD or TV player or should I covert it differently?
